With over 20 years of experience, Noy is a conflict resolution expert, and a pioneer in the field of mediation in Israel. He’s been consulting senior leadership in leading organizations in aspects of crisis management, critical negotiation and impact decision making.
Noy, as an academic lecturer, has also developed practical methodologies for negotiation and crisis “thinking”, using War-Game simulation for perfecting the CEO and executive management's preparedness for such situations.
In addition, he is a startup entrepreneur and serves as a reserved IDF officer. Noy holds an MA (Cum Laude) in Public Policy and a BA in Political Studies.
D' (DORON) HADAR
Doron, better known as D', has been actively involved in managing national and international crises for the past 20 years. In the last 5 he's been extending his experience to business-related crises as well. Doron developed a unique expertise in complex impact and information operations, a domain he deals in for over a decade.
D' is the commander if the IDF's Crises & Negotiations Unit. He's a passionate antiques collector and sports enthusiast, specializing in weight lifting. He holds an MA in Negotiations and has graduated several executive negotiations programs from world leading institutions.
Eran has been accompanying and counselling executives and managements in crises management and negotiation processes for 25 years. As a senior Clinical Psychologist , Eran is actively involved in analyzing and training groups in organizations for the past 20 years and has been engaged in psychological personal and organizational profiling.
Eran is a published researcher in various fields such as stress and anxiety, group psychology and profiling. He's an experienced academic lecturer and is interested in biographies, general history and biblical research.
Yotam is a crisis manager and responsible for simulations and war-games at Critical Impact. He brings with him over 20 years of experience in operational simulations and decision-making in extreme conditions.
Yotam is a reserved IAF pilot and has worked as a commercial airline pilot.
Omer is responsible for maintaining and operating customer relations during and is in charge of developing strategic partnerships. As part of the Critical Impact team he's participated in numerous crises and negotiation events.
He's currently finalizing his MA studies in Conflict Resolution and has been volunteering in organizations assisting holocaust survivors, as well as visually impaired individuals. Omer served as an IDF combatant in a military unit dealing with extreme security situations.
Alon has been a Critical Impact team member since 2019. As a crisis manager he's been involved in several events of cyber crises and negotiations. Alon is also responsible for leading crisis management trainings for executive boards and was involved in creating several war-games.
Alon is a graduate of exclusive academic negotiation programs, among which Yale's and the University of Michigan's, as well as project management courses. He holds a BA (Suma Cum Laude) in Archeology and History and is currently finalizing his MA studies.
Yariv has been dealing in crisis management situations for over 20 years, specializing in analyzing, counselling and training. With vast business experience in marketing and branding, Yariv brings relevant perspectives that deal in perception and target audience relations.
Yariv was formerly a consultant to Deloitte Israel on crisis management issues and has worked with many organizations on various types of business and operational crises. He holds an MA in Industrial Psychology and in Clinical Psychology and specializes as a Startup Psychologist.
